  • What is Holt Financial?

  • Who can register?

    You have the option of opening a Personal or Corporate account using the registration form.

    You must be 18 years of age to register as a Holt Financial customer and to engage in any transaction on this site. In order to engage in any transaction on this site, you must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.

  • What types of currencies can be held at Holt?

    Holt Financial currently accepts the following fiat currencies: 

    • United States Dollar (USD)
    • Australian Dollar (AUD)
    • Canadian Dollar (CAD)
  • What are the fees?

    The fee schedule is available on your dashboard when you log in.

  • Can a customer open multiple accounts?

    Customers are permitted to apply for a single Personal account. However, when a customer decides to open a Corporate account, they are entitled to apply for more than one Corporate account so as long as it is one account per Corporate entity.

  • What are the requirements for a personal account?

    Two documents are needed for a personal account. The first is a valid ID copy for proof of identity; this can be a Passport or a National Identity card.

    You will also need one proof of address document issued within the past 3 months that include your name and address. This can be a utility bill / government issued letter.

  • Corporate account requirements

    One valid ID copy for Proof of Identity. It can be a Passport, a National Identity card.

    One updated Proof of Address document. It can be a bank statement and a  Utility bill / Government Issued letter, all of which must be dated within the last 3 months and it is required to detail your name and address.

    Company Documents: Company Registration Certificate, Memorandum Articles of Association / Company Constitution, Shareholder Chart showing all beneficial owners, Director Appointment or official document detailing company directors Operational license (if required).

  • Which features can be used without verification?

    Unverified users can receive funds, but they cannot Transfer or Withdraw funds from their account until their account has been verified and approved.
